Employment application privacy notice
This notice summarizes the privacy practices of CDIC with regard to employment applications and its hiring of employees.1
CDIC may collect, use and disclose personal information under the authority of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation Act in relation to the employment application process. We may engage service providers, such as staffing agencies, to process personal information for these purposes.
All personal information collected by CDIC is protected under the Privacy Act, which gives individuals the right to access and correct their personal information.
Providing personal information to CDIC is voluntary. However, if incomplete personal information is provided, it may result in CDIC being unable to process or properly consider your application for employment.
